Many people place four Disney theme parks among the best amusement
parks in the
world. For millions of children and their parents Disneyland,
Disney World, Disneyland Paris and Tokyo Disneyland have become a
magical experience which they will remember forever. In order to give
you a general idea what each of the Disney parks is about, and to let
you save some time by picking the best attractions and rides in each
Disney park, we have prepared this brief review of all four Disney
theme parks.

All Disney parks include

Food and drinks
are very expensive inside the Disney parks, even at simple fast-food
joints, so bring something to eat and drink into the park. The
best time to visit
Disney parks is on weekdays outside public holidays and school
vacations. The least crowded seasons are September-October and May-June.
DISNEYLAND PARK
This original Disney park is situated in
Anaheim,
California, USA. The
closest large city- Los Angeles. More oriented towards
teens and adults.

Fast Pass
- that allows visitors save time by taking shorter
lines to many attractions. You can get a fast pass at most attractions
in this Disney park by inserting your admission ticket into a machine.
The Fast
Pass allows you to come back at a pre-determined time which is printed
on the fast pass.

DISNEY WORLD PARK
This best-known Disney park is comprised of 4 separate theme parks, 2
water parks, resorts and restaurants located in Lake Buena Vista, near
Orlando,
Florida. Oriented more towards
families
with small children. If you are staying at a
hotel off
Disney property, a car is a must. Many hotels do offer scheduled
shuttle service to the parks.
Magic Kingdom is the
best-known Disney World park, it is also the most crowded one, with
long lines of people to board a ride, and up to 1-hour long waiting
times. More oriented toward
children.

Educational
Epcot park divided
into
the "Future World" (various futuristic attractions) and "World
Showcase" (showcasing various international locations).
Disney-MGM Studios park
with a 20th century movie theme. Many different shows, thrill
roller coasters and an automobile stunt show.
Disney's Animal Kingdom is a
combination of a zoo with many animals to view and a theme
park. A jeep safari ride past live animal
enclosures, a raft ride through a tropical
rainforest, a time travel ride which includes close encounters with
dinosaurs and the "Expedition Everest" roller
coaster ride where you get a chance to meet the Bigfoot (Yeti). Second
favorite theme park
for
kids after the Magic Kingdom.
Typhoon Lagoon
tropical beach theme water park has the Surf Pool, one of the world's
largest wave pools, many slides, a snorkeling
lagoon with sharks.
Blizzard Beach water park has bigger
thrill slides, a smaller wave
pool. Better suited for small children, than the Typhoon Lagoon.
Downtown
Disney
shopping mall and entertaining area with numerous restaurants, Disney
themed video games, a movie theater
complex and a nightclub district.
Recommended
restaurant: "Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater" restaurant at
Disney-MGM Studios combining science
fiction flicks with the finest food in this
re-creation of a 1950s drive-in movie theater.
DISNEYLAND PARIS
Also called "Euro Disney" or "Euro Disneyland", near
Paris,
France. There are three parks in this Disney resort (note the
underlined most recommended rides):
Disney Village park comprised of
stores, restaurants, discos and bars.
Disneyland Paris park is the main
attraction of the resort, various rides and shows. We recommend:
Space Mountain

one of the best-known Disney park rides;
Indiana Jones and the
Temple of Peril, where people ride it backwards;
Big Thunder Mountain
ride;
Rockin'
Roller-Coaster with Aerosmith music concert atmosphere;
Pirates of the Caribbean

"haunted house" ride;

A Small World colorful ride, perfect for families with
small kids.
Disney Studio
moviemaking themed park. The
Armageddon Special
Effects show, a
stunt car
show show, the
CineMagique
show - interactive trip through 100 years of movie history are among
the best ones.
June is the
best month
to visit Disneyland Paris park because of the lowest
waiting times. Otherwise,
Fast
Pass is
recommended. It allows you to bypass the line at a set, later
time for some rides. If you don't like the proposed time frame, you
need to come back later. The number of Fast Passes in the Disney park
is limited, so get
them quick for the rides you choose beforehand.

TOKYO DISNEYLAND
Located in the city of Chiba (20 minutes from
Tokyo),
Japan. Contains 2 main theme parks:
Tokyo
Disneyland and
Tokyo
Disneysea and Ikspiari- a dining, shopping and
entertainment center with over 50 shops and 50 restaurants. Unlike
other Disney parks, Tokyo Disneyland has the World Bazaar instead of a
Main Street USA. The park's staff is complimented by many visitors for
being very friendly and helpful. There are 2 kinds of
passes: 1-day Pass
valid for either Disneyland or
Disneysea and After 6 Pass valid after 6 p.m. only on
weekdays. After 6 Pass is 40% cheaper than the 1-day pass.
Disneysea is the second most visited theme park in the world.
Fast Pass is
recommended to shorten waiting times. Among the best attractions in
this Disney park:
